Dear Catey and John,
I arrived safely home in Vermont last Friday after three days of hauling my
horse and trailer. The trip was long but uneventful. My mare
stepped out of the trailer each night as if she'd spent the day in her stall
at home - happy and relaxed. And during the drive, I had plenty of
time to be grateful for my excellent Sundowner trailer and for the stellar
service that you and your team provided the week before. I can't say
enough nice things about your staff (and I DO say these things to anyone who
will listen!)
Linda is polite, helpful and friendly from the first phone call to the
presentation of the bill. Catey is a wealth of information and
interesting stories. John, even with his arm in a sling, is on top of
every repair and innovation. Raymond, with his ready smile, and the
young man whose name I never learned, are both hard working and capable.
I definitely felt like none of you would let me drive my trailer away if
there was any question about safety or satisfaction. I have never felt
this way at a trailer dealership before and I am grateful that I found my
way to Stomski's!
I wish you all a healthy and happy summer and I'll see you next season.

transported it to St Louis was pleasant, kind and most helpful. It is

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to both yourself, John and
the rest of your staff for both your service and integrity. It is
refreshing that myself and my daughter can travel 2.5 hours from Ft Myers to
your business and not "be given the business".

After completing the contract and providing you
the purchase price, you still made it a point to review the trailer,
the braking system and other important areas; this included getting
into the vehicle with us, to further test and understand the braking
system...although now dark and way past your "closing" time. |
As to the internet, using MSN, I
typed "horse trailer Florida" and found your link. In these days of
internet scams, once again it is refreshing that we can still find a
business on the web that delivers as stated....you did.
